Compliance Monitor: a live demo

Buying anonymization software is step one. Proving the team actually uses it is what an auditor asks for. This is the real Compliance Monitor, seeded with sample data for a fictional company. Click anything.

The live demo needs a wider screen

This dashboard is built for a desktop viewport, so we don't mount it on a phone. Open this page on a laptop to click through it. Everything it does is described below.

Seeded with sample data for a fictional company. Nothing here is real customer data.

See adoption, not licences

Seat count, compliant members and gaps side by side, over a 7-, 30- or 90-day window. A paid seat nobody opens shows up as a gap rather than as compliance.

Catch silent drift

Set an inactivity threshold that matches your industry and the gap counter, the row highlights and the exports all recompute against it. A teammate who quietly stopped using the tool surfaces before an auditor finds them.

Hand auditors a file

One click exports a dated CSV of the current snapshot: every seat, role, page and entity count, and the threshold that was active when it ran. Metric data only; document contents never leave the desktop.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to try this?
No. The demo is public and runs on in-memory sample data for a fictional company. Nothing you click is saved and no account is created.
Is this the real dashboard or a mockup?
It is the same dashboard paying customers see, mounted against a mock data source instead of a live account. The layout, filters, thresholds and CSV export are the production ones.
What does the Compliance Monitor actually collect?
Aggregate metrics only: page counts, entity counts and a last-seen date per seat. Document contents are never transmitted, because anonymization runs entirely on each user's own machine.

Run this on your own team's data

Every figure here comes from desktops reporting in. Put your team on promptShield and this dashboard fills with your own.
