Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to evaluate promptShield fully before you pay a cent — and to be able to leave cleanly whenever you choose.

1. Try before you buy

Every plan begins with a free 7-day trial, no credit card required. The trial is the full product — we encourage you to put your real documents and workflow through it. The trial period is your evaluation window: the best way to confirm promptShield fits your needs before any payment.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no need to contact us — though we're always happy to hear why you're leaving.

3. Refunds

Because the free trial lets you fully evaluate the product before paying, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. That said, we're reasonable people: if you were charged in error, experienced a billing fault, or hit a genuine problem we couldn't resolve, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right — up to and including a full refund at our discretion.

4. Week Pass

The Week Pass is a one-time, fixed-duration purchase. Because access begins immediately and the term is short, Week Pass purchases are non-refundable once activated.
