Internet needed for license validation and anonymous usage stats (opt-out in Settings → Privacy). Pro plan supports fully offline activation, which sends neither. Document processing never requires internet.

Windows 11 and recent Windows 10 PCs already include the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, which promptShield uses to display its interface. If yours doesn't, setup installs it automatically. On a machine with no internet connection, install it from Microsoft first: Download WebView2 from Microsoft

3Upload a document and click "Detect sensitive data" to start
4Review detections and export your anonymized PDF
